From here you can:

• Speak to the Statutory Assessment and Review Service with a specific query about a child if you have a specific query about a child who is undergoing statutory assessment or already has a statement of special educational needs or to speak to the 14+ Transitions Service - option 1. 
  This includes calls for SEN Link officers and calls for advice and information specific to children and young people who are undergoing the Statutory Assessment process or who have a Statement of SEN. 
• Speak to an operator who can provide general advice and guidance regarding special educational needs or transfer your call to one of our specialist teams for further assistance – option 2.
• Speak to the Educational Psychology Service – option 3.
