Accessing an EOTAS Partnership Placement

Information on an EOTAS Partnership Placement and to make a referral.

What is an EOTAS Partnership Placement?

Part time EOTAS partnership placement is a short-term, specialist partnership programme offering support for children and young people with social, behavioural, emotional and wellbeing (SBEW) needs.

A partnership placement provides a nurturing, practical and structured learning environment in which children are given opportunities to:

  • develop their own abilities,
  • become more aware of and responsive to others,
  • develop confidence, and
  • take pride in behaving well and achieving success.

Children and young people attending Partnership EOTAS centres will successfully resume full time attendance in their own class at their mainstream school as soon as it is felt they are able to do so.*

Types of EOTAS Centres

  • Primary Partnership Centres
  • Key Stage 3 (KS3) Post Primary Partnership Centres
