SEN Annual Reviews (Schools)

School/educational settings undertake the Annual Review on behalf of the Education Authority (EA).

Schools must submit their Annual Review reports on EA Connect by following the steps below:

1. Schools and educational settings will communicate with relevant parents/carers to inform them the Annual Reviews will be completed through EA Connect and advise them to register on the portal.
2. Parent/carer support resources for ‘Returning Annual reviews documentation’ can be accessed within the Annual Review section of the Special Educational Needs page.
3. Staff members will login to the EA Connect portal using their registered C2k email address.
4. Login to EA Connect and start to process digital Annual Reviews.

Email and paper copies should not be used by schools/educational settings and these will not be actioned. 

To amend access for school staff on EA Connect, please complete the EA Connect User Access Request for Change Form.
